Legal
Here we explain, in plain terms, what we do with the information you send us through the Pálpito Studio website.
The data controller is Marta Velarde Santin, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 23878470P, trading as Pálpito Studio. We are based in Barcelona. For any privacy questions, write to hola@studiopalpito.com.
If you use the form, we receive your name and email and, if you provide them, your brand name, the services you are interested in and your message. We also keep the date it was sent and your acceptance of the privacy information.
We use them to deal with your enquiry and contact you about it. We do not use them to send you advertising, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Your name, email and acceptance are required for us to reply; the other fields are optional.
The website and form are hosted by Hostinger, which may process this data as a technical provider and use sub-processors under its data processing agreement. Hostinger provides for possible transfers outside the European Economic Area and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We will only disclose it to other parties where there is a legal obligation to do so.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and follow up on the conversation. We then delete them once they are no longer needed, unless a business relationship, a legal obligation or a claim justifies keeping them for longer.
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@studiopalpito.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process technical browsing data, such as your IP address and the date of access, to provide and protect the service.
